Manchester United v Brighton – Brighton draw no bet @ 5/4

Manchester United are in the bottom half of the Premier League table after losing two of their opening four matches and they are worth taking on again when they host Brighton on Saturday. The Red Devils have been fortunate to win twice this season, getting a fortunate refereeing decision in their 1-0 victory over Wolves and benefitting from a Nottingham Forest red card to come back from 2-0 down against the Tricky Trees to win 3-2. Erik Ten Hag’s side were beaten 3-1 by Arsenal in the final game before the international break and off-the-field issues have dogged the team since. Brighton, on the other hand, have been in fine form, winning three of four matches and scoring 12 goals, the most in the league this season. The Seagulls have also won three of their last four meetings with United, so it’s a surprise to see the home side so heavily favoured. Back Brighton with the draw no bet as United’s struggles may be set to continue. Football Betting Markets

Newcastle v Brentford – Newcastle to win and both teams to score @ 19/10

After a fairytale campaign last time around, Newcastle have struggled in the new season, losing three of their first four games. They face another tough fixture on Saturday night as they host Brentford, who have become one of the most awkward teams to face in the league. The Bees have scored in 11 of their last 12 matches and should be able to find the net once more in this clash. However, Newcastle’s recent success has been built on a foundation of rock-solid home form and they can pick up their second win of the campaign. The Magpies have been triumphant and both teams have scored in the last two meetings between these sides and that looks the way to go on this occasion.

Bournemouth v Chelsea - Bournemouth or draw double chance @ 49/50

Chelsea have had a tough start to the new campaign, despite their summer spending spree, and their 1-0 loss to Nottingham Forest last time out was the latest poor result for the Blues. They have won just three of their last 19 games in all competitions and it’s hard to have much confidence in the visitors when they travel to Bournemouth. The Cherries have shown plenty of positive signs under new manager Andoni Iraola and a tough fixture list is at least partly to blame for the fact that they are yet to win a game this season. Their opening-day draw against West Ham reads well considering what the Hammers have achieved since and Bournemouth should be able to avoid defeat against a Chelsea side who are struggling to play as a cohesive unit.
