League Cup Betting Tips Tuesday

Sheffield United vs Southampton - 19:45, Tuesday 21st September

Sheffield United have the chance to cause an upset if they can see off Premier League side Southampton who barring an 8-0 thrashing of Newport in the last round of this competition have become the draw specialist. They did manage to keep Manchester City at bay over the weekend, which does show they can defend well. However, it may not be as plain sailing against a Sheffield United who have been in free-scoring mode of late against Peterborough United and Hull City.

League Cup Betting Tips Wednesday

Manchester United vs West Ham - 19:45, Wednesday 22nd September

A replay of both teams' most recent league game, Manchester United play host to West Ham following the reverse at the Olympic Stadium last weekend. A game that wasn’t short of controversy with a late Cristiano Ronaldo penalty claim turned down before The Hammers were awarded one down the other end for it to be saved by David De Gea. We suspect that the Red Devils will be looking for a similar result this time around. However, the lineup may change with Lingard following his 89th-minute winner and Donny van de Beek.
