In recent years, the Charles Schwab Invitational has gone to a playoff. With 2023, 2022 and 2020 all ending with a playoff. However, since Justin Rose won the event in 2018, Emiliano Grillo has been the only player to finish in the top two positions that isn't American.

However, in most years, the winner has come from higher up in the odds with Justin Rose being the last low-price winner back in 2018.
