1. Main Terms

1.1. These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to and govern the relationship between you and LeoVegas Gaming PLC (“LeoVegas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) when you enter the BetUK social media prize: Free Bet giveaway (the “Competition”).

1.2. In the T&Cs, “you” means you, as a participant in the Competition, and “your” shall be interpreted accordingly.

1.3. The T&Cs are subject to the LeoVegas Group General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”), which can be found for BetUK here. If there is any conflict between the T&Cs and General Terms, the General Terms will prevail and apply.

1.4. The "Competition" is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the BetUK website located at www.betuk.com and/or mobile applications that we own or operate (“BetUK”). Please see the footer for further information.

1.5. The Competition will run before the selected match and end at kick-off (the “Promotional Period”). Any entries made after the Promotional Period will not be valid or accepted.

1.6. BetUK further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the offer where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).

2. Who Can Enter?

2.1. The Competition is open to those who have a BetUK account (“Account”). You must be a UK resident and 18 years of age or over.

2.2. The Competition is not available to any LeoVegas Group employees, agents, partners or consultants, its Group or affiliated companies. “Group” refers to MGM Resorts International and any direct and indirect subsidiaries thereof from time to time.

2.3. In order for your eligibility to the Competition to remain valid, your Account must comply with the General Terms. If you or your Account is found to be in breach, or previously breached, the T&Cs and/or General Terms your eligibility in the Competition will automatically be voided. Your eligibility to the Competition will also be voided if your Account is found to be self-excluded or suspended.

2.4. ​​The chosen winner of the Competition, whether communicated by a direct message from us or announcement on the BetUK X account, is subject to our verification checks being satisfied and should not be treated as a final confirmation. Should you fail such verification checks, your prize will be voided.

3. How To Enter?

3.1. Entry to the Competition is free and is not subject to any deposit, wagering or withdrawal requirements on your Account.

3.2. You must have a BetUK account in order to enter the Competition.

3.3. In order to enter the competition, you must follow BetUK on X (formerly known as Twitter), like the competition post & reply in the comments with your match prediction during the Promotional Period. Keep an eye out on our social media pages on 4th July, 8th July & 11th July for the competition post.

3.4. You may not use more than one X account to make multiple entries.

4. Winners & Prizes

4.1. The chosen winner at random from all correct entries will win a £50 Free Bet (the “Prize”) for this Competition.

4.2. The number of winner/s will vary each time the competition is run. It will vary between 1 and up to 10. The number of winners for each Competition will be stated within the significant terms on the social media post.

4.3. The Competition winner/s will be selected at random from all valid entries made on X.

4.4. The winner/s will be announced publicly on the Competition’s social media post.

4.5. The winner/s will be asked to claim their prize by Direct Message to BetUK’s X account within 48 hours of the Competition closing. The winner/s must send the Direct Message to claim the Prize. The Prize will be void if no Direct Message is received and a different winner/s will be drawn.

4.6. The Prize will be credited to the winner’s BetUK account once the account has been verified. The Prize must be claimed within 3 days after it has been credited to the account. Once claimed, the Free Bet will be valid for 7 days after which it will expire.

4.7. Free Bet restrictions: 4/5 (1.8) minimum combination odds. To be used on football only.

4.8. The Prize cannot be transferred straight into a bank account.

4.9. If two or less people take part in the Competition, it will be void.

4.10. Any winnings from the Prize will be paid into your BetUK account. The balance can be withdrawn.

4.11. The Free Bet stake amount will not be included in any winnings received as a result of the Free Bet.

4.12. If you win the Prize, there will be a one month period where you cannot enter the Competition again.
