Davis Cup Betting Odds

As one of the Premier Tennis events in the world, the Davis Cup offer unique opportunities for bettors around the world. The competition starts with a qualifying round where twenty-four teams played for twelve spots in the Finals.

These twenty-four teams were:

  • 12 teams ranked 3rd–16th in the previous years Finals except the 2 wild card teams
  • 12 winning teams from previous World Group I

The 12 winning teams from the qualifying round played at the Finals and the 12 losing teams played at the World Group I.

Seeded teams face off against unseeded teams to determine four groups of four teams. With half the teams being eliminated in a group stage format and the others advancing to a knockout round where there are two singles matches and a doubles match to determine the winner. This offers more chances to win in a single game during the Davis Cup than any other Tennis tournament.

2024 Davis Cup Odds

As it stands we are currently looking ahead to the group stage with the four seeded teams, Italy, Australia, Germany and Canada setting up in their own groups with three teams joining them in each group.

The groups for 2024 are as follows:

GroupSeeded TeamSecond SeedThird SeedFourth Seed
AItalyNetherlandsBelgiumBrazil
BAustraliaFranceCzech RepublicSpain
CGermanyUnited StatesSlovakiaChile
DCanadaFinlandGreat BritainArgentina

As it stands, we currently don't have odds for individual games but the teams you could expect to qualify from each group sit in column A. We believe that Great Britain, despite being third seeds are in a great position to qualify against Finland and Argentina due to the three nations standings in Men's Tennis.

The group stage will take place from 10 to 15 September and the knockout stage from 19 to 24 November 2024. The ties are contested in a best-of-three rubbers format and played on one day. This does mean that you may see a different set of players in November to those that qualified in September.

There are also multiple hosts for the tournament, with Group A being hosted in Bologna with seeded side Italy. Group B is being held in Valencia with fourth seeds Spain, who could cause some issues for the teams in group B. Meanwhile, Group D is being held in Manchester where third seeds Great Britain will look to utilise home advantage.

The only group where one nation doesn't hold an advantage is group C which is being held in China, but the teams in the group are Germany, United States, Slovakia and Chile.
