Bayern Munich To Beat Bayer Leverkusen @ 20/43
Bayern Munich travel to Bayer Leverkusen this weekend for arguably the game of the weekend in the Bundesliga. Bayern sit 7 points clear at the top of the table after a commanding 5-0 win over Dusseldorf at the weekend. Once again, Robert Lewandowski was the star of the show, grabbing a goal either side of the half time break. The Polish striker has now scored against every team in the league during his prolific career. Whilst Lewandowski is the star of the present, Alphonso Davies has the potential to be the star of the future. Since the league restarted, Davies has impressed at left back. His incredible speed makes him both an asset when defending, as well as an incredible attacking threat. Bayern have far too many weapons for Leverkusen to handle and they should get another 3 points this weekend.
RB Leipzig To Beat Paderborn @ 2/15
Leipzig have had some very up and down results since the Bundesliga restarted. Points were dropped against Freiburg and Hertha, but they also enjoyed impressive wins against Mainz and Koln. Their last game was that 4-2 win against Koln, a match that showed exactly what Leipzig are capable of. Against a decent Koln side, Leipzig fought back from conceding an early goal and put on an attacking display as good as anyone in the league. One of Leipzig’s strengths is their strength in depth. Although Timo Werner is the top scorer, 14 different players have scored for Leipzig and they can attack from any position on the pitch. Against a Paderborn side that conceded 6 times against Dortmund, don’t be surprised if we see a similar scoreline at the weekend.
Fortuna Dusseldorf To Beat Hoffenheim @ 7/4
Fortuna Dusseldorf have boosted their survival chances with some big results since play restarted. We can disregard their result against Bayern last weekend as they have beaten almost every team this season. Before that, Dusseldorf had drawn 2 and won 1 of their 3 games, slowly dragging them out of the relegation playoff matches. In their win against Schalke, Dusseldorf fought back from a goal down for an impressive win, albeit against a poor Schalke side. But, Dusseldorf still showed that they have the heart and spirit that it takes to survive in a relegation battle. As long as the wind hasn’t been knocked out of them by Bayern, then they should get a result against Hoffenheim and move out of the bottom 3.
