Bet UK’s Football BTTS Betting Treble
St Etienne v Rennes - Saturday 26th September, 16:00 - BTTS Odds @ 22/25
St Etienne BTTS % - 25% Rennes BTTS % - 100%
We’re heading to Ligue 1 for our first BTTS tip this weekend, as Rennes head to St Etienne. Not only is this a good shout for BTTS, it’s also 1st v 2nd as both sides have enjoyed an impressive start to the season. St Etienne are the early leaders, scoring 8 goals in their 4 games so far. They’ve only conceded twice so far, but the reason we are backing BTTS is because of Rennes. With 3 wins and a draw, Rennes have still seen BTTS in all 4 of their fixtures. Not only are they the second highest scorers in the league with 9 goals, they also have the worst defensive record in the top 8. Similarly to the likes of Spurs and Arsenal in the Premier League, that makes Rennes a perfect recipe for a BTTS bet.
Napoli v Genoa - Sunday 27th September, 14:00 - BTTS Odds @ 19/20
Napoli BTTS (19/20) % - 68% Genoa BTTS (19/20) % - 63%
In recent years, Napoli have always been a good shout for a BTTS bet. They’ve got incredible forwards in Dries Mertens and Lorenzo Insigne, but have never really had a completely solid defence. Under Mauricio Sarri, they were always very attacking and that hasn’t changed to this day. Last year, 68% of their games saw both teams score, with their next opponents in Genoa seeing it in 63% of games. At odds of 19/20, that’s relatively high for any BTTS bet, nevermind one featuring two teams that see it happen more often than not. Napoli did keep a clean sheet in their first fixture, but Genoa scored 4 times in their opener, so they will provide Napoli with a much tougher challenge. Genoa could be a dark horse BTTS bet throughout the Serie A season, so we’ll be keeping an eye on them.
FC Dallas v Orlando City - Monday 28th September, 1:30 - BTTS Odds @ 13/25
FC Dallas BTTS % - 58% Orlando City BTTS % - 88%
We’ll head across the pond for the final leg of this week’s BTTS treble, as FC Dallas host Orlando City. The MLS teams have been playing for weeks now, so there’s plenty of recent data to look at ahead of the next round of fixtures. One remarkable stat in the MLS is that Orlando City have seen both teams score in 88% of their fixtures this year. That’s one of the highest percentages anywhere in the world, and considering they have played 17 games and that percentage is so high, it shows how common it is. Away matches for Orlando actually see BTTS 100% of the time, so this looks like a shoe in. FC Dallas are also clocking in at BTTS in over 50% of their matches. It’s an early morning kick off for this one so we won’t be up to watch it, but don’t be surprised to see a high scoring affair when you wake up on Monday.
