BTTS Betting Treble - 18th September

BTTS Betting Tips

Dortmund v Monchengladbach - Saturday 18th September, 17:30 - BTTS Odds @ 4/9

BTTS Stats

Borussia Dortmund BTTS % (19/20) - 44% Borussia Monchengladbach BTTS % (19/20) - 68%

With the return of the Bundesliga season this weekend, we are looking at Borussia Dortmund v Borussia Monchengladbach for our BTTS bet. Dortmund have always been a safe BTTS bet over recent years, due to their incredible attacking talent and lackluster defence. Erling Haaland, Jadon Sancho and Marco Reus almost guarantee a goal for Dortmund, so we are just relying on Borussia Monchengladbach to find a way around Dortmund. Luckily, Monchengladbach failed to score in just 7 games last season, and saw BTTS happen an incredible 23 times from 34 matches. With Marcus Thuram and Alassane Plea leading the line, backed up by plenty of shooters in midfield, Monchengladbach should make this an easy BTTS bet.

Nice v PSG - Sunday 20th September, 12:00 - BTTS Odds @ 19/20

BTTS Stats

Nice BTTS % (19/20) - 79% PSG BTTS % (19/20) - 44%

The Ligue 1 season is only 3 matches deep, but already, Nice look like a strong BTTS betting choice. In their 3 matches, BTTS has occurred twice and Nice have scored in every game so far. They come up against PSG this weekend, who have had an awful start to the year. They’ve lost twice and won once, with just one goal per game so far. But, PSG have far too much quality to let that pattern continue. With Kylian Mbappe and Neymar going forward, goals are certain to come, but their defence will also let plenty of goals in. Thiago Silva has left, leaving a huge hole at centre half, and it hasn’t been filled so far. PSG are set for a difficult season and we could see plenty of BTTS games from them.

Chelsea v Liverpool - Sunday 20th September, 16:30 - BTTS Odds @ 1/2

BTTS Stats

Chelsea BTTS % (19/20) - 58% Liverpool BTTS % (19/20) - 55%

After both side’s first result in the Premier League, it’s no surprise that we are backing BTTS in Chelsea v Liverpool this weekend. Chelsea have failed to really address their defensive issues, and Kepa Arrizabalaga looks as shaky as ever. Going forward they look strong, with Timo Werner leading the line well already, but they won’t be able to contain Liverpool’s front three. Luckily for Chelsea, Liverpool’s defence looked just as poor as they conceded 3 against Leeds. Trent Alexander-Arnold and Virgil van Dijk, normally both reliable players, looked completely out of sorts against Leeds. Goalkeeper Allison can normally be called upon, but if he’s getting no protection then Liverpool will always be vulnerable. With two quality attacking sides, and two shaky defences, this looks certain for BTTS.
