In his second final appearance, the doubles just wouldn't go in for Anderson who lost 16-13 to Gerwyn Price.

Anderson has been eliminated at the 2nd round stage on seven occasions and lost out in the semi-finals on four occasions. He hasn't made it beyond the 2nd round since 2019.
