Are there any fees?

Yes. We charge £20.00 for all CHAPS transactions (UK Only). Bank Wires are charged at £12.00 per transaction. Bank Wires are not available for UK Customers.

How do I claim my winnings?

How long does it take?

CHAPS transactions will appear in your account next working day. Bank Wires should reach your account within 4-6 working days.
